I'll guess that someone didn't pay attention to the SLOW markings on the roadway.

looks like the bike was going down the street and the car was turning up the street where the markings say slow, which means there is a juntion on the left side out of our vew. looks like someone is more intent on crossing the road and not giving a proper scan for bikes.

I'm not 100% sure,but I think that accident was posted here a few years back.If it IS the same one,the bike slammed into the car due to riding(through a school-zone) way too fast,losing control and slamming into the car.Both the rider and the female senior-citizen(driver of the car) were killed.
The kid had just purchased the bike.He was 16,I think...way too yound and inexperienced for that rocket.:dry:
