#199987
Just got this e-mail from Motorcyclist Magazine wanting me to subscribe to their Digital edition, Check this out.
System Requirements

Supported Operating Systems
Windows Vista
Windows XP (Professional, Home, and Tablet PC editions)
Windows 2000

Browser Settings
To browse this Web site, you must have cookies and Javascript enabled in your browser. You'll also need the most recent version of the Macromedia Flash Player.

Internet Connection
We recommend 1GB or faster for the best user experience.

Computer Configuration
Pentium V (or more powerful) processor
At least 2 GHz processor speed
At least 512 MB of RAM
At least 1 GB free hard disk space

Operating Systems;
Nope, I don't qualify, Ubuntu Linux here

Browser settings:
I could deal with this

Internet Connection
1 GB, are they nuts? I have cable and am on a node all by myself, and I can only get 3 Mb!
Sheesh, the list of people with a 1 GB connection to their home has to be pretty short! Do they realize that a 1 GB connection could download an entire 7 Gig HD movie in 7 seconds?

Computer Configuration

Pentium V? Is there such a thing?
I guess my 3.0 ghz Pentium IV don't qualify for that either.

I think they need to scrap this whole thing and start over with someone that has a clue
