WOW ... I had a bang up week on EBAY !!! I sold some vintage racing wheels and some other stuff and really made some spare $$$$

This coming week I have all this stuff coming in.

Fresh chrome sissy bar and side plates (see Custom Sissy Bar Project thread) and rechromed handlebars. Plus I am having my front fender re-chromed and that's paid for allready.

Steering stem bearing kit from Z1

Vance and Hines 4 into 1 chrome exhaust system

Set of used case guards

Nice used fork / brake cover

"Must be fast" t-shirt

Kawasaki hooded sweatsirt for my wife

"How to build a Chopper" book

ICON Alliance SSR full face helmet

And my wife wonders why I hang onto all this old car parts junk !!!!

:woohoo:

Never call any old parts laying around "junk". As my father always called it when mom started complaining about the stuff he collected...to him, it is nothing but "collateral". Money and/or trading stock just sitting there waiting for the right deal. Buildings full of it! Just like money in the bank.

1980 LTD (changed over the years), 1979 LTD (being rebuilt), 1977 KZ turbo and various KZ's in various states of build. KLX110

Wow Dale, love the sissy bar. Is that an ebay win or did you buy it from somewhere?

Thanks but no Ebay on the sissy bar ... I made the side plates myself and pretty heavily modified that old sissy bar to work for my application. See Custom Sissy Bar Project thread in Paint and Bodywork section.

Cool ... got my chrome Vance & Hines 4 into 1 today !!!!

It came with a generic looking hanger bracket and a new set of split clamps ... but no clamp to clamp the megaphone to the header ??? It seems to be a very tight fit but shouldn't it have a clamp there ? Or am I just supposed to supply my own clamp ??? Anyone know ?
