Did anyone else go? My buddies and I did see some interesting stuff there.

The one thing that had sparked my interest was a little trailer that broke down into a good sized bag that could fit in your trunk called Trailer in a bag. It is a pretty cool deal but am very curious about the reliablity of it. Has anyone heard of this or known someone that has had one? What I have read, it recieved good reviews.

Cycle World tested a similer if not the same one and overall they liked it. It's not a simple "trailer in a bag", it weighs about 60-70lbs and does not fit in small trunks but overall they did like it. The little woman may have a problem getting it up into the trunk of her Festiva to come rescue you. But still worth considering... ;) (if I had the $$$ I'd buy one)

Wow, could definitely use one of those, but I'm guessing they're pretty pricey. Anyone find a price for them anywhere?

If I remember correctly, around 1200 for the single rail and 2200 for the double. Way more than I want to spend.

when is the last time you hauled a bike on a no-spring trailer? it was the happiest day of my life when i GAVE away my trailer. it was small, nice 14" car tires and solid axle. gosh did that thing suck. you could "feel" it on the back of a f-250 on the highway, then you got a look at it in the rear veiw watching it flying! off bumps to the tune of about 10 inches of air. i tryed everything to live with that trailer, besides putting springs on it. got a harbor freight 4'x8' and am happy as can be.

From the website:

As strong as it is, because of the structural steel, it only weighs 300 lbs with the heaviest individual piece weighing only 35 lbs and the longest piece being only 42 inches.

I guess you leave the bag in the trunk and load the peices into it.
