Cheap 650 on ebay

Saw this on ebay item# 290204576002 looks to be very cheap at the moment. Low miles, pretty much unmolested. If I needed another 650 (which I don't :pinch: ) I'd be all over this one. The pictures suck so it might just stay cheap. I have the twin to it and it's still one of my favorite bikes.

Kind of makes you wonder why they didn't take pics from the sides, doesn't it? :dry:

These sellers could help themselves immensely with a bit of forethought. Imagine how much better bidding would go if it were pushed outside and pics from all angles were taken?

When I see an auction like this I figure that the seller is either hiding something or lazy. Neither of which would inspire confidence if I were a bidder.

Nate I agree wholeheartedly with everything you said. The thing you have to remember about lazy, is that if he is too lazy to push it outside to snap some good pics, he is also too lazy to butcher it up. Looking at the gauge faces and the lack of fading I'm inclined to believe this bike has sat inside unmolested for a good while.

Link14, that sissybar is a genuine period correct Kawasaki accessory catalog item and they fetch pretty good money on ebay when you can find them.

Mario, if it's close to you why aren't you going to look at it? You don't have nearly enough bikes at the present time (Don't believe what your wife tells you, you need more, tell her I said so :laugh: )

Oh...I wasn't joking Gringo, I would like to get that sissy bar. If I understand correctly, the 650 and 750 frames were pretty close in the early 80's and I'd love to have "the correct" sissy bar for my '82 kz750.

So if anyone on site does buy this...and doesn't want the sissy bar, please let me know. My wife won't ride with me until I have one .

This bike ended up selling for $657.00, the seller put up some slightly better pics. Still in the buck a cc price range so someone got a pretty nice buy. Looks like Bad Kaw misses the boat yet again.:laugh: :whistle:
