I'll keep an eye out for you David as you are one of the few KZR members I have actually met. I know what you mean about parts Ha Ha  I'm just bringing a small backpack  I know a few non KZ people who will be there and am just telling all "If I dont see ya then big barn at 12;30". Might move from the barn to the bar later
I'll also be looking up for basketball players - Casey H

Lots of cool bikes there
I have a soft spot for the mid 70s CB400.4
Yam 650 twin chop with huge wheels
There were a few old Indians - more later
A single cylinder Harley of indeterminate age
Lots of old Brit bikes
A black bomber CB450. I think these were the biggest bikes Honda made until the y did the 750
An Ariel square 4 or squariel
A couple of beauties
Impressive looking Ducati Diavel, the first I've seen
Dont shoot but I think the Harley is very cool.
Nice Yam 650 twin
One of 2 CBXs I saw there
This CB350 cafe racer had an amazing level of detail
a 100 year old Harley with a ? year old motor
Another Indian
Beautiful KZ 650
This Wing had the strangest air filter and carb setup. Matching system on the other side
Met Kawboy74 and a couple of buddies in the carpark - great talking to all but although I hung around the big shed with the wings for a half hour around 12.30 and had my jacket and KZR patch on I didn't see any other KZR members. Apologies I missed anyone and If I did then perhaps next year.

Thanks for sharing.
My plans changed this weekend, as a good friend died last week.
Those in Southern Ontario may know him, Robbie Meiklejohn, owner of Rocket Motorcycle and a racing legend.
I would ride with him often on Thursdays and Sundays.
We'd hang out at the meets, and have a good time.
We rode to his funeral yesterday.
RIP Robbie.

It was a great day for a ride, and send off.
Weather was perfect, the location of the Cemetery was at the end of a long road with tree cover both sides.
Nice arch way and gates at the entrance, and beautiful grounds with big trees.
Apparently Robbie would play in this Cemetery as a little boy.
Meeting spot first thing in the morning:
At the Cemetery:

I knew him back in the early to mid 80's. His shop, Rocket Motorcycle, did a fair bit of work on my kz1000 back before it came off the road for 22 years. It's sad that he passed away but I'm glad he had so many friends there to send him off.
Good to see a few of the boys at Paris! JR and Kawboy to name 2!
It was a pretty good turn out with the great weather on Saturday.
