Popped over the border to Germany for my first visit to the Fighterama show.I'm not a great fan of the modern fighter but I enjoyed the show. There were some AMA style bikes to please me but I'll let you decide about the rest!

I really like the paint and the frenched in tail light on that bike, but it's got way to much "bling" for my taste.
And what's up with the trend of the dramatically angled rear fender?
If it were a dirtbike I could understand it needing that much distance from the tire for wheel travel, but it gives the bike an enduro/stinkbug appearance IMO.
OMG! I'm starting to sound like a motorcycle purist, somebody please shot me! :S :pinch:

You can follow the build of this bike over at OSS
www.oldskoolsuzuki.info/
Goto: Info Boards> Project Logs > knarF memorial project > Yoshimura GS1000
Got some good stuff that we could apply to our Kz's.
Later, Doug

That old Zuk brings back memories, I used to hang out at a Yosh shop in So. Cal. in the 80's. This is at a 6 hour race at the old Riverside raceway. They were having a tough time with a wheel & tire change. These guys made my pipe and sold me my big bore kit.
