What is a 73 z1 worth. I have one. It doesn't original exhaust, owners manual, seat and mirrors. I was going to restore and sell. Then use the money for my 78 Z1R project.

It all depends on mileage, condition, how close to original equipment, time of year of sale, location, and just plain do-dah Luck. That said, it also must be a 'real' 1973 in that the VIN's must be in series (e.g. 1973 frames w/1977 1000 motors don't count)...but based on your description, I'm guessing between US$3000 and US$8000. If I were you, I'd get the Z1R running and looking good, sell that and restore the Z1:)
