Looks to me like its the mounting hardware and clamp to mount a kerker muffler.But what the heck do I know???Why is it something you need Blue?
Thats exactly what it is. The little U shaped bracket with the rubber bumpers replaces the bolts in the frame for the centerstand and acts as a stop for the centerstand so it does not hit the chain.
