Crazy or what?

There's this ad in Dallas/Ft Worth Craigslist where they have to move and they have several projects they need to sell. OK... On the list there's a '72 H2, and I remember there having been a discussion on here lately about them. So, I Email them and ask for more info on the H2. (Wish I knew how to make a link) He said the bike is complete with two extra jugs; probably will need the crank re-done, will need a cover for some part of the engine, it's all there in boxes, but there. $3,500 OBO. The machine work would be about $375. I would have to have some mechanical ability to put it all together. Compared to what a pristeen one is going for on Ebay, it wasn't a bad deal.:ohmy: :blink: :huh:

US$3500.00 ?? For a PARTS bike ??? Not in this lifetime.
Basically that's what you'd be buying according to the description. My last H2 purchased in that condition was 2 years ago for exactly 1/10th of that asking price....
and I felt I'd paid a little too much at that.:laugh:
Of course, your wallet may be a lot fatter than mine and $3500 may be just chump change to you......:ohmy:
