I bought my Holy Grail Today!!! '75 Z1with a clean title was created by ten6
Here is a pic of my Holy Grail. I bought it from a guy locally who owned it since 1981. He parked it in 1983 and there it sat until tonight. It has 19,000 miles on it and the engine turns over. It will take a bit of cleanup. I got a clean title and service manual for a grand total of....are you ready for this....$600.00:woohoo: O.k. I have to resize the pic.

It's a sissy bar and luggage rack. The rack has Teak wood bars across the top of it. I will keep the sissy bar but will most likely leave it on the shelf in the garage...:laugh: The luggage rack will get used if i can clean it up enough. I use my bikes to commute and go the the grocery, etc. so i need the rack.B)

Yes, the pipes suck...they MUST go. I am in the market for replacements. The color is nice...it's a brown with gold metal flake in it. I'll be spending some time this week cleaning it up some more.

tangerine orange z1 for $600?
i can't even find a rat z1 for under $1000-$1500
i don't know about them pipes, sissybar and windshield but hell, for $600, it would be in my garage.
nice score and you can even trace it back close to the orginal owner.
someday i guess, someday.
