Ouch!

The forks are bent too?

Did it damage the engine cases?

That makes me sick. She was a beauty. I am sure she will be again but it still a shame

Ouch man!! Sorry to hear about your accident. Luckily you only had a busted leg. I broke many a bone back in my KX 125 days so I know well the pain. Hope you heal soon. Just remember to take it easy and to rehab properly when you can, that is always the key to healing well I have found. That and good pills form the doctor!!!

Was your bike fully insured by any chance?

don't worry Bluemeanie ,
we can fix that.
i believe i still have a stator and rotor for you if you want them.
i need my back-up tank because the paint started to bubble on the old one.
i'm sure there is a member who will donate one to you here.
i also have turn signales but they mount on the bars.
( i also have stock bars for you )

heal first, then shoot us a pm as you need them.
someday i will be able to afford my kz habit.

I'll look, I may have a dyno cover I have to look. I will help with matching the paint on the tank you get.

Sorry man, I got soooo lucky when I went down almost a year ago. The bike can be fixed, I hope you get well soon. It is awesome to see all these guys pitch in to get you back on the road. Take care.

Just remembered, I do have some KZ 650 Custom fork tubes and fork lowers you can have, no clue if they match what you have though? The fork caps are the kind that recess into the forks with the square hole - the caps are shot but tubes are straight and in decent condition. These fork tubes will not work with the regular "hex head" fork caps as seen on many other KZs. Looking at the part diagrams they may just work for an '80. Lemme know, shoot me a PM whenever...
