First bit of business for the free 76 KZ400 was to take off the ugly ass sissy bar. It's about 24 inches tall, black quilted vinyl in the front (with one tear) and, believe it or not, some kind of carpet material on the back. It'll take so long for me to finish that I can't picture what it will look like when it is done. One thing I do know is that it will not have a sissy bar, though.

Anyone want it for the price of shipping? Or, even better, anyone ant to trade for a passenger grab rail for a 76 KZ 400?

With the crazy prices on eBay, you may want to list it there. Just put Z1, & KZ in the title.;)

With so many people out here doing a retro rebuild (70's& early 80's styling) it should bring a nice price on ebay. I'm making my own in the modern short backrest style. Just to make the wifey happy.
