OK.....Without saying I like or dislike the bike, let's talk about the price. This looks like a very incomplete project. From my experience you are going to put at least another grand into it plus labor. Even though I enjoy putting bikes together, I wouldn't put any bike together for less than $500 for anyone I don't know. So...

$2500 for the bike
$1000 dollars for parts not included/seen in pics
$500 Labor
$4000

Like it or not, you can buy a H-D chopper on the road for $4000 and sell it for a better price.
