1982 Kawasaki kz750 needs work ran last year I tried to put new handle bars and cables on it. I am not very mechanical and lets just say it wasn't going back the way it came off. Something with the clutch needs to be adjusted. It is all there and some extra stuff like a cover and seat that was on it when I bought it.Brand new tires less than 50 miles on them new straight/drag bars.

$500 or best

No more room for a 1000 for only $500? I may have to talk to my brother about that one, ha.

That "84 1000 LTD" is going to be a PITA to get parts for if needed, since the only LTD models Kawi offered that year were the ZN700 and ZN1100 LTD's.
I'm thinking it's either a misprint on the cc size, the seller is slightly off on the year model ('82 KZ1000-K2 LTD perhaps?), or the PO he got it from had simply slapped a set of "LTD" emblems on it and called it an LTD.

If it is an '84 ZN1100 though, most engine parts from the KZ1100 models will swap over just fine. But just about everything else on that bike fits the ZN models exclusively - some parts are even diff between the 700 and 1100.
And finding those parts is a HUGE PITA, since the ZN models were only offered in '84 and '85.

Trust me, I've spent the last 5+ years scrounging/"borrowing"/begging for parts to restore my ZN700 - I now have a cardiologist on speed-dial when I start researching replacement parts and the prices for them for my ZN! :S
