I am not a moderator here but I have noticed something here that needs attention. Guys, girls, when you post a post and you need help on it, you ask your questions, right? Then we post possible answers for you, but most of the time we don't see clearly to your point or we ask you more questions for you, the poster to answer, so we the answerer can pinpoint your problem more accurately. I and other answerers would appreciate if you can stick to the topics you posted to pay attention to the helpers questions. Also what helps is if you use the " notify" button in the topic you posted to keep yourself on track with your post and get back to us on that question or keep us posted on what progress you have made so we can wish you Good Rolling Times. Thats all I have to say!
Matt.

If I understand you correctly, kzwolfsr, I agree.
It's not a chat room, but the original poster needs to visit the thread often enough to respond to questions/comments that get posted. And don't forget to post one last time in the thread with the fix, once the problem gets solved. Most of us are sitting on the sidelines, trying to guess which suggested 'fix' will do the trick!

Good point, Matt.
The answers to questions don't come automatically and one has to manually tell the system using the Notify button on the lower left to be informed of new replies. It's not a function I've ever used here as I check things often enough, but it can be quite handy, especially if one is not in the habit of checking the site regularly.
This might be a good point to put in the sticky at the top of the New members forum. Thanks for the idea!

Thanks for hearing me out guys. I recently encountered it, and some of our best helpers here are asking very intelligent questions and the person is not replying to that post, but they are else where posting. Thanks again!

Hey Folks,
All good points!
In order for a thread to become a resource for all of us it has to start with a question or a problem and have some sort of resolution. To that end the author owes it to all of us to post a follow up so that we know if he learned anything.
While he's at it a thank you wouldn't hurt either.
