Wow, you guys in Denver are sure lucky. Every ride you go on has the potential to be a mile high(er). Hopefully you don't have to ride alone and take your journey into your own hands 'cause that would be wrong on two many fronts:)

IT don't really matter to me when we go. How long will you be gone for? The swap meet isn't until the end of june but I would really like to go for a ride with other KZs, but I am afraid after my superbike like weekend i just had with straight pipes galore I am an need of some new rear brake shoes.

Order some from Z1, they are good priced. I am not sure of how long I will be gone for but it might be a week. A week in St. Lucia in the caribbean. Its been almost 2 years since I was on a beach, I thought I would of died after 1 year, like a fish out of water. I rode my 650 in the rain today and I got to say that is a good amount of water. The bike runs really good in the rain, no cut outs like what I have seen here

I get paid on friday so I will order them then. Glad to hear you and your bike survived the swim yesterday. Hope you have good luck on the beach. I'm way to pale myself to ever see a beach. I would cook in about twenty minutes.
