fat back wheel

hi guys, well, my project this winter is to make or mod my back wheel for a 200 size back wheel. i am making my swing arm to fit the wheel but i have to find a ring thats like 5" wide and then buy the spokes and nipples,take my wheel apart and use the kz hub to lase the new ring with the spokes to the kz hub. any idea's to were i can find the ring? it has to be a 16" ring. any help would be cool. maybe someone has one in here that wants to get rid of. thanks.

if you use a 17, tire selection will be waaay easier
