Somebody here recommended getting one of those impact screwdrivers that you whack with a hammer; I got one at my Ace hardware joint for like $12 and it works great.
Would you think about sanding the black off the "Kawasaki" on the side covers? Just a thought...

Man, I've been telling people to black out their spokes for years. They always whine about the rust and the polishing and blah blah blah... I start to hear violins.
No surprise, you just blast em black and it looks great!
I like the new found use for a license plate... keeping chain grime off your ass!
Looking good!

Man
I've never really liked those "cafe" bars but I really dig those ones. That flat black frame and powerplant really makes it looks wicked. I like!!!!!!!!! BTW I really like the way the pipe is set up. This is definatly one of my fav bikes on KZR

Wow, this is looking awesome! Any updates?
Thanks scumbag, you've just inspired me to go ahead and whip out my wiring harness and respray my frame
I wasnt going to but it looks like you didnt have too hard a time of it keeping the engine in the frame and the frontend and such.

Scumbag, How about adding a second disc and caliper to the front wheel ? Sure would help with the braking on those high speed runs. Wayne
