Assembly Time

Today I took apart my 750 for final assembly. I carried all the parts up from my basement and into the garage. This next part is like desert. It's my favourite part, taking all freshly restored parts and assembling them to make a like new bike.

Looks like a great project. Yes it's nice working on it when it's all clean.

Bike is assembled, engine is running, all electrical works except the headlights.
The wiring diagram describes a "Reserve Lighting Device" but I can't find any device with the same wiring colours.
The high beam indicator light is always on. I tested the bulb and both filaments work.
Not sure where to look from here.

Is the high beam indicator on with "reduced" brightness ?

I finally found a bad ground in the headlamp. In any case, it is all working now and I was able to take it out for a short ride.This is the silver set. Next I will dress it up with the red set and put it up for sale. The PO wants first dibs on it but if he can't come up with the money ....The second set of bodywork will go up for sale if the buyer doesn't want to pay extra for it.

I changed the body work to the Red Set. And I will probably sell the Silver Set.
