Authentic Paint and Striping 1980 KZ 750

   

I'm in the process of painting my bike parts. The red was easy. After removing the original emblems, I was able to match the colour underneath to another Kawasaki bike I painted 5 years ago. Toyota Ruby Flare. It's a very very close match and in the photo below you can't really tell which part is original colour and which 2 parts are repainted. The gold pin striping was easy enough (although not quite a perfect match size wise) It's 1 mm smaller gap between the stripes but....it will look great when it's all done. (That should give you a clue as to which part is original.
I received a second fuel tank and rear fender when I bought the bike. I've since purchased a set of side covers to go with them. I'm going to paint them silver so that I can possibly sell the bike with either colour the new owner wants or just sell the set the new owner doesn't want.
Here is my question, looking online I see different pinstripe colours for these Silver 750's. Different sales brochures and different countries might have had different options. Silver tank with red on blue, red on Black and dark blue on light blue. Since I live in Canada, what colour pinstripes were correct for a silver 1980 KZ750E?

Does anyone know what years the red on blue and red black came from?
