1980 KZ750 Restomod

I'm in the process of building a KZ 750 and have access to a 1985 GPZ750. Now, I know the frames are different but how many parts are interchangeable for my 1980? I am thinking engine swap for sure but are the brakes and wheels swappable? Has anyone used a 85 gpz as a parts bike on the E model? Just looking for some input before I pull the trigger on the buy. Cheers.

Definitely the motor, carbs oil cooler and ignition system. I would use the instruments too :)

Unfortunately the rear motor mounts are different between the KZ750E and the ZX750A (Gpz750-83-85) engine cases. The ZX engine case can be put in your 750E frame if you craft some spacers and front mounts.
wheels will pretty much swap right over.
