Carb rebuild KZ650B1

Decided to rebuild my carbs over the last week. They were generally pretty good, but not been rebuilt since new, still had original paint on screw heads. Pulled apart, vapour blasted and replaced jets, seals etc. set float heights using the wet method and jar on each carb, set the bench sync throat gaps to 0.7mm and refitted.
Allowed the fuel to prime and started straight away 😁, just have to set the throttle and full sync and should be ready to ride 👍👍.

Thanks, have you managed to see if your 650 fits into your car? or is it definitely a trailer collection?
 

No not yet. I'm pretty sure we can make it fit, but I will have him measure it before deciding. It might be slightly different than yours.
