Barn find 81 KZ1000 LTD

I thought I had the electrical sorted out. I got my pipe finished and got ready to Fire her up for the first time in 17 years. The new Starter solenoid I bought from Amazon quit. I am now waiting till Friday for one to get here from Z1 ENT.

A faulty new starter solenoid is suspect but.....
You can temporary short cut your starter solenoid with a fat jump wire, no need to wait for new parts.....

Thank you Scirocco, I tried that. It did work but it was the first start up in 17 years. I installed the one I bought from Z1 ENT and she fired right up. More to come!
