Check out my latest project I'm doing over.76 kz900a. This bike belongs to a nice gentleman from Texas that seen some of my bikes and contacted me about a cosmetic do over.He has owned it since 77 and purchased it from original owner. 74 years old and still in love with his Kz. I don't normally do bikes for anyone, only my own and I have an 78 1000a2 waiting but I couldn't resist because of his story.
I'm trying to bring her back without going overboard. But it is a bare frame up job .
I love the lester wheels and she had a beat up kerker on it.
Still lots to do

Cool job on a beauty, go on!(These Lester wheels bring back memories, I once bought a Z900 from '76 in a basket, where such wheels were included, they were rare to find here...After a while I just kept the engine and then sold the wheels, cause at this time, i hadn´t like the seven-spoke-cast wheels and i dunno, how rare they are...)
Greetings, Joe

Nice job Ronnie! Powder Blue, interesting but cool choice of colors. Ditto Joe, sold all the Lesters I'd had years ago when they fetched premium prices. Along with those Morris magnesium racing mags. Scared to run them, afraid of fatigue and failure.

Yes, asphalt900,..It's better not to blindly trust old magnesium wheels: too many wheels are already broken! Apart from that, when it comes to cast wheels, I always prefer the 5-spoke design, such as those from PVM or Campagnolo...
Greetings, Joe
