My 78 a cosmetic redo
16 Dec 2022 11:33
Here's some recent pics of my 78 kz1000a ,i have owned her quite awhile but she sat in my shed, she was a sweet runner with only 22,000 miles but very unloved, kept outdoors most it's life until I got her. I took her down to bare frame, trying to bring her back my way.Far from done but getting there.

Well done!
I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.

That’s a beautiful job to where the zrx shocks look out of place.

Re: My 78 a cosmetic redo
19 Dec 2022 09:46Hey ronnieV your bike looks great!! If you don't mind me asking did you get any discount on your body kit from z1parts or did you pay the full asking price? I just pulled the trigger on the same body kit today and was able to get a 10% discount on the body kit and 15% off a new seat and a few other things. I can't wait to get my stuff!!Yes,it is from z1
Looks like your bike will be ready to ride when it warms up.....congrats!
