Recent pic of one of my ongoing projects. Base bike is a '76 B1. I have enough parts on hand to go any number of directions with my vision, such as carbs, exhaust, body, wheels etc. etc. etc. The body going on this one is being readied for paint. I likely will never see my engine build happen to the vision I had in mind, but a fun project/hobby all in all. A couple more upcoming planned mods are my custom designed exhaust and a rear wheel switch, so I can switch to a next gen rear caliper, allowing me to use the matching rear brake disc that matches the front dual discs. I also have an all stock '76 B1, so I now have a modified mate for it. I bought my 1st one in HS new from a dealer I worked at for a Summer back in '76. So me and my '76 B1's have a bit of history. P.S. the KZ1000 engine is a '79 ST (converted to sprocket drive). I chose that motor because it's better suited for the engine build I had in mind. The airbox is an original Henry Abe.

You put a 1000 engine in a 650 frame?
I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.

LOL Where do you see anything that indicates that's a 650?.
