The top one looks like it was off an early bike. I think it has the chain replacement warranty sticker.
I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.

Looks like original paint, has original chain and oil decals, never seen another wide stripe, checked photos of early bikes, nothing like it.

Ahhh...now I see what caught your eye! Yes, quite unusual for sure. I would lean towards it being a re-paint. Maybe prior to the chain warranty sticker being applied.
