Hi all, it's been a while since I have been on my kawa mission, but she's back on track again now. Just fitted a zx9r front m/c, so from here it's mainly bits and pieces like rewiring indicators and tidying up sidecovers / ducktail. And pint the headers and give her an oil change.
Anyway it's always good to see what everyone else in the world is up to with their zeds, I have a couple of random pics, this is the most current of my bike, you may have seen it here before.

Photos. What I do is upload them to a photo hosting site, then link them. I use Imgur.com. Flickr is another one & I think google, but I don't use either of those. photo-bucket is the worst. At Imgur you can organize them into folders & when you click on one of your pics for viewing, the BB code links for that pic are in plain sight on the right. Just copy & paste the link. pretty easy.

So the project is to have her back on the road this month after neglecting her for another year and a half....
Carbs are cleaned, about to give her an oil change and paint the pipes, the list is getting short now.
Will keep you posted as it comes along, just trawling through the forums again at the moment for tips and asking a question here and there.
I was about to send out the sidecovers and rear cowl for plastic welding but will now do it myself after seeing the diy efforts from a few clever operators on here.

Well that took longer than expected but I got the rego plate last Friday and screwed it on Saturday morning. A couple weeks of late nights etc.Owned this one for 25 years, and its been in resting mode for 15 years. It's been serviced, carbs done, new coils, leads, plugs. Tyres and brake done last week.Rode probably 250kms plus on its first day out no problems.Have a few more photos coming.

Yes! I am really liking your motorcycle! If I could find a J model here, I'd make it look like yours.

The cowl mounts were stuffed with the rear one non existent so my fabricator came up with an internal frame bonded to the cowl and a rear bracket on the tailight bracket.
