KZ 440 LTD Brat stylish was created by Rudapo
Hi Guys,
newby here on the forum, currently rebuilding an '83 LTD440 little chopper into a brat stylish type of bike for the misses.
bought it cheap since it had some issues, already had it running in its original glory, but the looks wheren't that great so i decided to modify it a little bit.
it is a small budget build so i re-used a lot of the original parts and went through my parts left from other builds.
work currently already done:
- shortened / modified the front fender.
- replaced the speedometer for a smaller one, removed big speedo and tacho.
- new headlight and custom bracket, incl blinkers.
- new handle bar
- fixed the horn
- removed non used electrical wires
- painted the tank
- shortened the rear hoop
- installed new rear hoop incl LED lighting, rear light, brake light and blinkers.
- modified and refitted rear fender
- added a bag
- and some other minor other stuff.
- need to fix a lincense plate bracket
currently still working on some electrical gremlins and need to get it properly running.
think i have some false air, old rubbers, dirty carbs etc.....
i already saw that a lot of information is available on this forum, so that should come in handy
