I started this project a while ago but just found this site--so I thought I would post pics of where it started and where it is now. I like the gold of the Spectre but not a fan of the laid back roadster style of the bike so I thought I would switch things up a bit. So the first pic is what I started with.

Have the engine tore apart. Had a leak in the head somewhere and wanted to clear that up.

Other pics---dang, there are a lot of wires on this bike. Going bare bones on the wiring later. Here are pics of the engine cleaned and painted up nice. Did some polishing as well

ok, now doing work to the frame--wanted to modify it so it isn't so laid back.

Frame, tank, front fender, and back cowl that I made are all painted. Also added a pinstripe so it matches up with the engine and front forks.

ok, so here is where I stand today---now working on wiring with a simple harness--doing with the simple method that was posted on this site in terms of wiring. Need to find a headlight.
