My 1980 KZ750E project bike

GPz750 front fender.
GPz550 fairing.
KZ750 LTD rear mud gaurd.
KZ1000 Rear Shocks.
Progressive front springs.
Lockhart Oil Cooler.
Wiseco 810 piston kit. Motor OverHaul, new valve seals, new cam chaine etc...
Dynatek coil and ignition.
630 to 530 chain conversion.
Dynojet stage III carburetor kit.
4 in 1 Vance and Hinse.
Tomaselli drag bar.
Raask rear sets.
Steel braided brake hoses.
Do it yourself Braced Swing Arm.
4 winters to build.

More pictures….. please note the Yellow Shocks are the cheap chinese and i Don't ride them anymore. I'm back to 1981 KZ1000 LTD shocks.

Nice! Very similar to what I had in store for my '81. I am swapping out the front end for a '05 Honda CBR600-RR front end, though. For the swing arm bracing I have bent up the same size tubing as the stock swing arm. I noticed you went with a smaller diameter tube - due to chain clearance?

Is the filter under the rear fender for the crankcase breather?

This is my first prototype and fits well.

I already have a second one with 1 inch diamter pipe

Hey man,

totally love the bike! Looks like a lot of work - that paid off though!

I'm building a cafe racer based on a kz650 with the engine of the kz750, including big bore kit to 810cc. Using Mikuni BS34 with K+N Filters.

I saw that you installed the dyojet kit. Would you mind sharing a link to the specific ones you are using? I guess I'm too dumb to find the right ones on their site...
