Very nice indeed.  Looks like most of the work had been done in the past, and now it just needs a good going over.

Never seen a Rickman from the factory with mag wheels and dual discs up front!!!

You found a good one for sure!!!!!

Bill's Rickman was the one our shop put together in '75 from his '73 Z1 after he got hit on it and they totalled it!!!

I finally got a chance to clean carbs , fresh oil and filter and it fired right up. been cleaning on the nickle frame as well. When I get time I will pull the engine , paint it and polish the frame etc. In the meantime, I love this bike !!!!!!

Love that bike!!!! Hope all that nickel plating will buff out to the its original luster!!!! I remember the welds on those frames were a work of art. With all your ability and patience, you should finish up with a real piece of Kawasaki history. BOTM for sure, maybe even Bike Of the Year!!!

Watch the Kerker on righthanders, Mackey crashed his big time when that pipe dug into the ground and picked the rear wheel off the ground!!! Split that fiberglass tank from front to back!!! I still remember Bill standing there drenched in gasoline back then!!!
