Winter project was created by les holt
Starting me a winter project, this one isn't a full build but rather an upgrade on the 76 Ltd I bought. I started taking it back to stock when we found that some tabs had been cut off. decided to clean up the silly things and add some of our products to make daily rider. Started by selling off the wheels to a long time customer which resulted in me really regretting it after he cleaned them up and brought them back for the install on his bike. Here's a pic of what he brought back

When I saw this it got me thinking about doing a bike in a similar color. Hit my painter up and gave him my goal and here's the base color he chose, just a quick spray out for me to start working on the details on my end.

I'll try to do weekly updates as we move along.

Beautiful work Les. The pic with just the base color looks to have a rust colored tone. Once striped it looks to have a bit more brown in it. I realize my screen won't be color true. The wheel color looks just like a House of Kolor paint called Amber Whiskey I was just considering. Very sharp.

Very slick Les. Are you the CNC operator or do you contract the work?

All me, I do the programming and machining right here in my shop. Use Millwrite V6 for engraving, Centroid CNC and BobCad for programming.
