get a washer that is the same size as the od of the bearing and grind the sides flat until you can slip it down inside the bearing and flip it over so it sets flat against the back of the bearing and use a long punch to knock or press it out by pushing on the washer.

It's been a while since I last posted. Work has been super busy for me over the summer. I did find some time to make and weld in the gussets on my subframe. I wanted to fill a little bit of the space in in front of the rear tire. Mostly just cosmetic.
