The bike is complete. All we need to do now is tune the carb. Needs a larger main jet for the single carb.

took it to work yesterday. it's crazy how many thumbs up I get that wasn't happening on my dual sport.
Sounds lovely, runs slightly rich had to go witha 38mm carb because the manifold i bought from 11th hour industries had some problems. my fabricator thinks he did a terrible job fabbing those manifolds he also lists it as 6061 aluminum when its actually 3003.

already dumped it on an icy trail and had to bend the shift lever back into place :D

and had to lathe a groove into the 11th hour manifold because the carb boots don't stay on without it.

also might need a bigger garage.

It took many hours to fix the manifold from 11th hour in order to get it to work proper on my bike. They just left a ton of splatter on the inside and would not fit flush to the motor. Would not go with them again.
Side note: wish my bike looked that sweet!

- good luck

Yeah this is what my guy did "Upon inspecting the manifold i found it wasn't really made all that well. I assumed the center port was fish mouthed and its not. I should be able to see right through port. Its cutting off half the air flow and will cause a lot of turbulence in the intake. Also as you can see from the picture if you look at the gap on the right side the flanges aren't even level and air causing air to leak. I had to fly cut it on the bridge port to repair it"

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationUnfortunately I can only own so many toys. I have decided to part with my KZ440 in order to buy some parts for my 650GS Dakar, and fund a Vulcan bobber project.
