condition as is,engine is runs,so))) front fork - leaking,no brakes, rear bearings not good, shocks - totally gone, seepdomether gone....handlebar curved))) normal wear for almost 32 years old Kz...

at first we make a chassis well, brakes in working order also easy, even in Moscow we can get a bearings and brake pads from shop- but next--- wow guys-! all of the things need to be finded and wait for delivery from US or Europe like 2-3 weeks ( SOME TIMES MORE!!!)

ok now- rear shocks - progressive sus, vintage black shortened ,
front fork just re-painted in black heat paint, new rubber sleeving (from old JAWA)
clutch lever and brake control from nissin (new one^get it from dime city cycles, also hand grips)
head lamp from ebay, good refubrished kz200,
fuel tank ebay also, kawasaki gr 250? 75 -76? ( because it's kawasaki, and petcock is fixed w/o modifications)
another valve cover, taken from Germany, without egr system, not so easy to find, but i catch my luck)
egr any way was broken,it's need to be fixed, and it;s no any reason to keep it,here in russia- we had no rules to exaust or egr's so))
then we work with frame and tank, to instal clip-ons
new tail new paint (custom, stripes and logo ) meters .electric wires....so too long but in 2 years!- nearly done))

sorry for photos- no any other i had-

Looks good. I like the frame work.

I never knew there was a valve cover available with no air-suction ports.
