..or did I dream it?

A couple of months ago,someone here finished a project and I would like to find the thread only I cant remember the title or the member who built it. So if anyone can help,I would appreciate it.
What I remember is;
American
He built it for his wife/girlfriend
It was based on a 440
Monoshock conversion
Upsy dupsy front forks
Tailpiece welded steel plate
Modern oval shaped headlamp
It was a very cool looking bike and he seemed to build it with great ease.

I could be mistaken on some of the points or maybe I dreamed the whole thing.I have been eating a lot of cheese lately
Anybody got any idea what Im talking about??
