paint work info

Hi, i am a new member so i thought id post my last project, Finnish last year. Its a kz750 ltd h3 with an unusual paint job. It was imported from the states in 1992 and I've owned it ever since. Decided restore the old girl in 2012 after being stuck in the back of the shed for about 15 years, and here it is. Anybody know anything about the paintwork ??.

Wow,the engine looks great.It looks like you could eat your dinner off it.What did you use?
The Paint job on the tank and panels looks like USAir Force. Reminds me of the P45 Mustang from WWII . My knowledge goes no further than the Airfix models I used to build as a kid,though Im sure there are plenty of people on this site who would know all about it.

hi, davido i had the engine sand blasted and then painted it with hicote aluminium engine paint (spray cans).
