Mad science, 4 engine into 1 with 100cc upgrade

So I bought with a old engine on her. And a spare blown engine. I worked hard for a couple months and brought her back to life. I was about 1700 miles into the season when my number 1 piston went...
So I sat with my dead bike and was very sad, and then a buddy proposed a wild idea. Take the jug off a 1100. And the piston off a different 1100. At first I did what you just did...

But I have done my research and ordered my parts....

So you all get to see how it turns out...

The gaskets have arrived,
pistons and jug should be here Thursday....

OK what actually happened to #1 piston?

not 100% sure.
But the piston was pretty much destroyed in the cylinder. All of the offending parts are being replaced, plus some

cases are now both out and starting to disassemble to get things rolling.

And screeching halt...

So I need a crankshaft on inspecting it I find that my rod is bent....

Crankshaft is on the way. I should be starting the build this next weekend!

Crankcase went together this weekend! we tested out the top and it looks like all should work with the modifications to the engine (1000 to 1100 cc) The exhaust value don't have much play but should be alright. rest looks good. should be building out the rest of the engine this week
