Orange Tank needs to be dipped. Mod to fit regular gas cap, needs petcock rebuild.
Stock LTD tank was dipped, awaiting to be surfaced and painted. Petcock rebuilt then carb one overflowed. Going through them tonight.

Cylinder three does not fire, waiting to get my hands on an adapter for compression tester. Plenty of spark. Hoping for the best.

When I picked her up

Past look, Kerker went to my dad for fathers day.




Removed all black paint. Wheels, tank, Brake master cylinder
Painted headlight, turn signals, side panels. Want to do turn/signal/stop taillight.

Problem with Starter Clutch was fun. Replaced whole secondary shaft from donor motor.
Resealed cam cover.

Keep going, looks good.

Looks impressive. At least all the gear stuff looks clean. keep the updates coming

Found some more pictures from when I was placing the secondary shaft, waiting for parts. If you replace the secondary shaft, get a clutch holder, don't try to use spanner wrench, had to replace clutch hub after breaking two tabs off.

When Kerker was fitted. Had to call Kerker (owned by Supertrapp) to get exhaust holders, then trimmed them down. Trying to find those pictures. Made an aluminum bracket to hang it.

Went to MAC 4-1, cant wait to hear it running on all four.

She's finally back on all four cylinders. Went through carbs, rebuild petcock back the right way (had the retainer washer on the wrong side of lever), and replaced spark plugs with a better NGK. Compression test was showing 60-60-54-60 on the first hit, couldn't get compression tester to allow for the greater pressures. Going to go through motor this winter, if we have one this year in Georgia. So yeah, feels good to make it run again. Replacing brake master cylinder window tonight, then going on a run tomorrow evening. Try to get video up with the MAC on.
