I need a wheel

Do any of you guys have a spare 78 kz650c2 18" rear wheel you'd be willing to sell me?

I'm doing a rear swap on my bike soon, I'll have the full rear end off. Swingarm, wheel, brakes, shocks. Do you need just the wheel, or the whole deal? My bike is the '78 C2 model, spoke mags

Yup, I sure can. What are you doing with the wheel? Just using it as a spare? If you need anything else, just let me know. I rebuilt the rear caliper 2 years ago, so it's got a fresh piston and seals in it.

When do you need this by? Any deadline? I'm not sure if I'll have time this week to get the rear swap done, maybe next week sometime.

I'm up in Canada- Thunder Bay to be exact. About three hours north of Duluth, MN. Where abouts are you? As for shipping, I can find out tomorrow if I have some time. Might be a bit pricey due to the weight of it. Getting through customs usually takes a little too, but it'll get there.

Do you need any other parts?

That should be all I need. I'm in Hudson, NY. What are you looking to get for the rim? Do you have any pics u can send me? It's an 18" rim correct?

I might be able to run the rear wheel over the border and ship it state side so it's cleared quicker- I'm a half hour drive to the border.

As for cost, maybe cover shipping and add $20? I'll throw in the whole rear wheel assembly that I have- rim, tire, spacers, brake rotor, and sprocket with cush drive.

I don't have pictures right now, but it's the stock rim off the '78 C2 model, the 18". It's in great shape, true straight, and no dents or dings on it. I've had the bike on the road for 2 years, and it sat in a shed since '89.

If you can find one state-side for a better deal, by all means, don't let me hold you back. Just let me know if you find one. Once I get the wheel off, I can send some pictures and send them your way.

Looks like the cheapest route is through USPS if I ran it across the border. That would also save time clearing customs.

Got a quick online quote of $30 or so. Could be a little different once it's all said and done. But that's in the ballpark.
