81 GPz1100B1 almost done!

Picked this bike up a couple of years ago it was stored outside on the WETcoast. The bike was so over grown with blackberry bushes we could hardly see it. The guy just wanted it out so he could clean up the back yard.Wish I had taken pictures of what we had to do to get the bike out! Had to use the crane on my service truck to lift it out. Can't wait to ride it down the road just a couple more weeks and it will be done!Waiting for the front calipers to come back from powder coating and then just a few small items grips, airbox side covers etc..

is that the original paint job?

Yes it is the original paint. The pics make it look a bit better than it actually is, the clear coat in spots has flaked and the tank has quite a few scratches and chips. The plan is to ride this for the summer and then have all the paint redone over the winter.
