Perhaps a reverse cutting drill bit -- a bit that chucks up normally in the drill, but cuts when turning counter-clockwise.

Drill bit size should be carefully chosen, so as not to cut into the threads inside the caliper where the bleeder screws into.

Pre-treatment by soaking a few days with a penetrating oil such as Kroil, Liquid Wrench, PJBlaster, 50-50 mix of ATF/acetone, etc., might help.
Could soak a cotton ball placed atop the bleeder, and keep it damp with the penetrant.

Hopefully, the threaded portion of the screw will come out during the reverse drilling.

Good Fortune! :)

thanks guys, im going to at least try to get it out and if i ruin it oh well ill just replace both sides that i found for $60 on ebay
Im going to update the pictures soon
I have decided to at least attempt to make my own seat
the stock seat that i have is just so bulky and dosnt sit flush on the tail piece
here is a quick picture of the back end

im not too sure if I want to cut the tail frame yet or not, if i do it will be only what i can get away with and hopefully a clean enough cut to where i can weld it back on if i ever wanted the stock look back

any input is welcomed!

maybe just move the seat back so that its more of a seat and quarter, kind more dirttrack style. plus it will give you more room to move around the bike. Have you tried sitting that far forward on the bike for a long time? i usually like to be able to move a round a bit. jus sayin. like where you're, going keep it up.

thanks man, i want to go for this seat design. it seems simple enough to do and I dont have to destroy my stock seat in the process just in case i want to switch back.

started painting, decided to go with white

having brake problems though, i have broken off bleeder screw in my front right caliper and its the only thing stopping me from bleeding it and riding it.
since I have another caliper on the left side is there anyway to turn it into a one sided braking system temporarily until i can cut the old right one off and replace it( the bolts holding it on are stripped due to previous owner)
