Bought this 92 KZ1000p last year and did some work last year so I could enjoy last summer. This winter went back to work on it and here is what I turned out with.
Here is what I started with. Maybe not this good of shape, but looked about the same.

Took all the police lights, farings, hard saddle boxs and radio box off.

Painted last year the old police white & black to Santa Fe Tan and added a rear passenger seat from a Vulcan I bought on ebay.

This year decided to redo all the wiring because I still had a lot of the police wiring on the bike.

Added some ape hangers, may have went a little too extreme with the 16s but feels pretty good.

Added a new Speedo and Tach from DimeStore Cycles.

New buffalo grips and controls from Crime Scene Choppers.

Decided to change the paint to a dark Metalic Burgandy with ghost flames.

I also changed the stock coils to the Dyna 3.0 ohm coils, new plugs, new wires, fixed oil leak from cam end caps and did a valve shim adjustment. Bike runs 100% better than it did last year.
