This is the first time the bike has been in the sun. The gold Pearl we put in the paint really changes the look with sunlight. I redid the seat since the last photo's. I still have to replace weepy fuel fittings between the carbs and replace the 15 pilot jets with 17.5's. It seems to be running very crisp and clean with the fresh Wiseco 1045 and Kenny Harmon cams. Still to cold to ride though. I've never ridden it, I bought it as a non running project almost a year ago and stripped it down to the very last bolt.

No, I lost the before pictures. I bought the bike on ebay for $700 and the pictures didn't look too bad. When I picked the bike up I could see the guy had sprayed black paint on everything to make it look better. There was overspray on everything, he even sprayed over dirt!

Thanks, I hope it does pull like a train!!
Yeh... this guy took it one step further in trying to spruce up the old bike. He used one of those scuff pads on the end of a die grinder to make all the aluminum shiney again, it was all scratched to 'ell. I had to do a lot of sanding and polishing to get that out!
