My local rules state that handlebars cannot be above seated riders shoulders, but they don't enforce it, and I mine are legal, and if they weren't lol I would not care.

Points are not stuck, power to coil, new condenser, no power from points

When contacts are open, the wire from coil should not be reaching ground.

If not already done, would assure the fiber washer insulators are correctly installed so as to prevent the wire from coil being grounded through the points spring.Kawasexi wrote: ... new condenser....

Took a delco coil off my chevy, was new last year, have spark now, guess my coil did not winter well
