I am looking into a solution for mirrors for the bike since the bar ends I bought by Emgo are junk. They were clearly marked 7/8 but did not fit lol. Any ideas?

Since the Emgo mirrors are knock offs of Napoleon mirrors, you could just go for the real thing...

The tank is a decal. It came out wonderfully, very smooth.

Well, some of you may have seen my post about my unfortunate experience with my gas tank. Here is a couple pictures of that.





Also had bad luck with my new progressive series 12 shocks from Z1. Talked to them yesterday and they are working with me very well on sending them back to exchange for a different set. Slight nicks into plastic caps, and nicks in bottom part of shock.







On a good note! My CRG mirrors with adapter fit wonderfully!!!! Could not be happier with those!!

Got my swingarm back from powdercoater today. Very happy with the way it came out. Decided to go with a low profile roadrunner theme on bike, but my roadrunner sticker was wayyyyy too big. My family is a huge MOPAR family, and for some reason I just could not leave it out of the project.








Finnaly got exhaust that actually fits the bike, well kind of. I matched the new header to the old and it was micrometers off on one pipe. I figured that it had enough play in pipe to make up for it. Ended up drilling out collar holes in order to make it fit. Unfortunetly the previous owner broke a stud off on the far right along with part of the fins. I decided to give it a shot of drilling and tapping a new hole for exhaust, if I punctured oil galley I would buy a new head, but I did not. Bolt seems to hold up find for now, see how it does after riding this season and if it comes loose I will but a new(used) head for the bike. Ended up banging up the frame pretty good from taking exhaust off and on for fitment. Looking into a painting system that I can brush on to clean up front end of frame, anyone have any ideas? KBS good? After recieving tank back from radiator shop a second time I decided to fill tank to brim to make sure there were no more leaks. Of course next day I found a pin hole leak on the inside portion of tank. Took back to shop and going to have them fix. Forum member is looking into a different tank for me. Wouldnt hurt to have two tanks. If anyone has any suggestions so far with project I would love to hear them. I will keep everyone updated! Thanks
