of course, it's got the electronic gauges (matches the J model engine, but I hate the lay-out, the ones with the center mounted gas gauge and key off to the side, but it came with the ltd tank and side-covers.
Now the bad, no seat, short width bars, no air-box (well... part of one at least) only has one shock and those durned digital powered gauges, if there were a tach hole on this, I'd be able to use a nice older set on here that actually looks nice.
But hey, she does have a title.

you remind me of my buddy,he traded two shotguns for a golf cart, which he then traded for a boat, that he then turned around and traded for the 1 ton crew cab dually truck that he is driving today.
good job.

a top fork clamp, for standard gauges, found some standard gauges, longer normal people sized bars and a seat pan and foam.
along with some other parts that I'm sorting through, pictures to follow in a day or so.

Other than just kind of staring at the bike, I've done nothing. without a seat and an airbox theres really nothing I can do right now.

Still have been getting the run around from the guy I got this from about the airbox, he said he had the entire thing but ended up giving me a broken portion of an airbox instead.
I've been slacking on this thing somehow I had some old Honda follow me home from work the other day, 78 cb750F

I ended up making a list of all the basic parts needed to turn this into a 78 at work a few days ago, with conservative pricing its a little over a grand to a more realistic 2 grand. Realism sets in when I realize that the wife cannot work right now (have an infant that is still recovering from a dramatic open heart surgery (several heart defects, mis-routed arteries and no pulmonary valve) and I guess the moral is you can't fix ugly without some money?
Would have been a better thread title (can't fix ugly)

sorry to hear of the problems with the baby.
how about just building the bike with what you have and getting some ride time while you look for the right project?
