Well I finally 95% finished need a windshield,but i made a vacuum form machine to make my own . When I get it tuned up Ill put it on you tube look under 1983 kawasaki gpz 750 vid 1 and thank all the special parties that made this project my last and most fun to do.I know its not a kz but i hope you can appriciate it all the same.
If you would like more specific info just e-mail me and I'll let you know what i did..
FYI , my motor is bored out to a 810cc 10.25 comp.,gpz cams, bs34 mukuni carbs, 82 gpz cylinder head , the carbs have 42.0 pilot jets- 2 1/2 turns out on mixture screws-142 main jets- floats are standard height- B8ES spark plugs. After all the changes bike went from 531# soaking wet to 445# with all fluids

6 speed trans out of gpz550
